Intervals. Never again. I know its supposed to make you faster and increase stamina. But after 3 1k bursts, my knees are screaming, my thigh aches and I have a cramp in my calf. Fuck it, I’ll stick to slow and steady this time.
Running with hat and gloves, amazing! Never enjoyed it before, but after having bought a proper kit, I’ve come home from 8k through snow feeling great!
Man i fucking hate public transport. I mean, its a great idea and all, good for the enviroment, but i hate using it. Will have to make sure and get mega rich in the future to avoid this problem. And on a side note: when your “travel snack” is a bag of plain almonds and you only nibble at one at a time, your a pretentious git!
Note to self: never ever run in cotton shorts again! After a 12km run last night, I can barely close my legs this morning.

Been pondering whether or not I want to use tumblr at all recently, but have concluded that it’s a lot less gay than FB’ing, so I’ll give it a shot. Getting my SLR camera back this weekend, so hopefully I can post some decent pics here later.
